If You've Lost Your Access Code

We can resend your access code to the email address that you use for your electricity retailer. This access code was sent on Monday 30 June.

You will need your ICP Number (15-character alpha-numeric reference as found on your electricity bill or your power app, or you can call your electricity retailer for it. Visit find my ICP for more help).
